Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in the body and HICA (Leucic Acid) is a natural metabolite of the BCAA Leucine. This combination allows the body to synthesise greater amounts of protein and is also highly muscle preserving. Perfect to drink whilst cardio training in the cutting phase or post-workout, when the aim is to add lean mass. HICA aids for greater uptake of Leucine and Glutamine is essential for post workout recovery.
