Introduction

At Vyomax Nutrition we want you to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us, so we’ve tried to make our returns policy as simple as possible. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase you have seven days from receipt of your order to return it to us. We will refund the value of the returned items using the original payment method, within two working days of receiving the returned goods.

Rules of Return

When you return an item we ask that it is still in the original packaging and is not opened, in the case of any equipment or clothing is not worn, washed, damaged or had the tags removed or any nutritional product that it hasn’t been opened. Any item which fails to meet this criteria may not be returned.

Product Exchange

If you are looking to replace an unsuitable item we ask that you re-visit the website to complete a new order and send any unwanted items back for refund, please make sure you put in a short note with your details and the reason for return. Due to the fast-moving nature of our product range, we cannot administer exchanges on any products purchased from Vyomax Nutrition, however, if you re-order from the website we will refund the standard £3.95 carriage amount applied to the replacement order.
This procedure has been put in place to benefit you the customer, ensuring that we turn around your required items as soon as possible and free of charge.

Refunds

When goods are returned for refund we will refund the full amount of your order minus our postage cost of £3.95, which is outlined in the Terms & Conditions

Return Your Order by Post

Repackage the products you wish to return and include your original invoice having taken a copy for your own records and included a short note with the required details. Take the parcel to your nearest Post Office. Please note that you are responsible for the goods until they are returned safely to us, therefore, we recommend that you send the goods by Recorded/Special Delivery or some other form of insured postage.

Returning Faulty Goods

If your goods are faulty please follow the returns procedure in the previous section and we will supply replacement goods or a full refund of the purchase price including the original delivery charge. sksports.co.uk will also refund the cost of returning the faulty item (please include a copy of your postage receipt as statement of the return cost).
‘Faulty’ means that the item has a manufacturing fault or hidden defect, which was present at the time of delivery. An item is not faulty if it has become damaged or faulty because of wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage. Please note that Vyomax Nutrition checks the quality and workmanship of all goods prior to dispatch.
