About
Natalie has always had a love for Fitness/performing and has always been a big part of her life Having trained in the Martial Art Tae kwon-Do from the age of 11 where Natalie was a member of the British Taekwondo Squad, and won many awards and championship titles such as the British , English, championships to name a few on numerous occasions, 4th In the TKD World Championships as well as achieving “The Hall of Fame” Black belt Award.
As a professional dancer / Choreographer Natalie has had the pleasure of working alongside the likes of Rita Ora , Ultra Beat, Dj Sammy, Jagged Edge, Herd & fitz, Urban Myth, Freak Assylum, Ivyrise, kelly Llorenna, X Factor, Chime of Change Concert with Beyoncé as well performing in various Commercials, Music Videos, Corporate Events, Theatre Productions, Flash Mobs and Choreographing for various dance projects and commercials.
Natalie is also one of the Uk Zumba® Jammers which is a choreography specialist of the Zumba programme which had led her to teaching workshops/Master-classes & Presenting within the Uk.
Having trained in many styles of dance & Fitness from the age of 11, each discipline has given Natalie the fundamental skills to make her a versatile dancer, choreographer & Fitness Instructor helping to encourage, inspire, share and create awareness on living a healthier lifestyle.
